Welcome to South West Arts & Crafts—my little creative haven where painting, laughter, and good company come together.
Whether you’re here for a paint party, a fun activity with the kids, or just a little “me-time,” I’m so glad you found your way here.
A Little Bit About My World
I live out in the beautiful South West of WA on a property filled with sheep, chickens, ducks, and plenty of paint-splattered surfaces. My grandkids often pop in for some creative chaos (the best kind), and you’ll usually find me in my art shed with a paintbrush in one hand and a cuppa—or wine!—in the other.
I’ve taught hundreds of people how to paint, from kids to adults, beginners to the creatively curious. I don’t believe in “perfect”—I believe in fun, freedom, and finding your own flow.
Why I Do What I Do
Let me guess… life’s a bit full-on, right? You’re running around keeping everyone else organised, and deep down there’s this tiny voice whispering, “I wish I had something just for me.”
I hear you—because I’ve been there. That’s exactly why I created South West Arts & Crafts. It’s a place where busy mums (and their creative kids!) can slow down, try something new, and feel proud of what they make—whether it’s their first painting or their fiftieth.
I’ve been teaching art for over 20 years, and what lights me up most is seeing people’s faces when they realise, “Oh wow… I actually painted that!”
